Why we exist

We didn't set out to build another agency.

We set out to bring good people into one room — and to give them the freedom to think beyond a job description. This is how that happened, and who it happened with.

Our story

We didn't set out to build another agency. We set out to bring good people into one room.

Before WAIN became a collective, we were building different things, in different places, and in very different ways.

Some of us had started businesses. Some had built inside them. Some had worked across markets and industries. Some had spent years creating brands, campaigns and ideas. And all of us had learned something from being responsible for the outcome, not just the work.

Over time, our paths kept crossing.

Conversations became collaborations. Ideas became projects. Projects became a shared belief that bringing different experiences into the same room could create better work.

Not as a traditional agency with a fixed set of services, but as a collective built around people, experience and the freedom to think beyond a job description.

WAIN grew from there.

Today, we bring that experience together to help businesses understand where they are, what they actually need, and what could move them forward.

Sometimes that's marketing.
Sometimes it's something else.

Different experiences. One way of thinking.

The people behind the thinking

Different people. Different paths. One room.

WAIN is built around people, not designations.

We come from different backgrounds, have built different things, and bring different ways of looking at a problem. What connects us isn't a job title. It's the willingness to think, contribute, challenge and take ownership.

Divine

The person who sees the opportunity, asks,

What can this become?

Then figures out how to make it happen.

Ananthu

The person who keeps asking,

But why are we doing it this way?

Then sees what others don't, and brings a different perspective to the room.

Savio

The person who keeps asking,

What else is there to know?

Then goes deep until he masters it, and finds a way to make it work.

Together, we bring strategy, creativity, business experience and a healthy amount of questioning into the same conversation.

Work with WAIN, and you don't get one way of thinking. You get three: a go-getter, a deep-diver, and a quick-study. Most days, that's actually the whole meeting.
