Let's talk over coffee
We Are In Collective — Growth partnerClarity is the product · Growth is the outcome

We are in

In the room. In the numbers. In the question nobody wants to ask first.

Most businesses don't need another agency. They need someone willing to look beyond marketing. That's where we begin. Not with campaigns. With conversations. Questions. Decisions. Everything else comes later.

Before you hire a marketing agency, read this first →

Three ways in

Ten chapters. You don't have to read them in order.

This isn't meant to be read like a website. Read it like a book. Start anywhere. Or let us point you to the chapters that matter most.

Which of these sounds most like your business right now?

Your path — read top to bottom

Begin the walk-through Chapter 02 is already set to your stage.
    01The problem

    You have a marketingclarity problem.

That first sentence is what we're told, almost every time. It's almost never true. The ads were fine. The last agency was fine. What's missing isn't another campaign. It's a shared understanding of what success actually looks like:

    “We win when  .”

Marketing doesn't create truth about a business. It amplifies whatever is already true. Spend more on an unclear company and you get unclear — faster, louder, and at a higher cost per unit of confusion.

So we don't start with a campaign. We start by understanding your business, and finding out what's true.

    02Where are you right now

Every business is at a different stage.

    Stage 03 / 05Stuck

We have an idea, maybe a product. We just need people to see it.

    What's usually true

You have a product and an audience, but no proof yet. Attention bought before proof is attention wasted — the most expensive way to learn the promise isn't landing.

    Where we'd start

One offer. One audience. One promise you can defend under pressure. Most of the first month is spent deleting things — which feels like nothing and is worth everything.

It's working. We just don't fully know why.

    What's usually true

Something is working, and it usually isn't the thing you're crediting. Growth you can't explain is growth you can't repeat — and it will stop without telling you why.

    Where we'd start

Trace your last twenty customers backwards, by hand. Find the channel quietly doing the work. Then stop starving it to feed the one that photographs better.

The team's putting in effort. Nothing's moving the way it used to.

    What's usually true

You aren't short of effort. You're short of direction. Activity is currently making the problem harder to see, because everyone's too tired to ask whether any of it is working.

    Where we'd start

Stop three things. Not one — three. Then we watch what the business does when it isn't distracted. That's usually where the real constraint finally shows itself.

Demand is real. Can we carry the weight of it?

    What's usually true

The question isn't demand — it's whether your systems, team and brand can hold it. Fast growth without structure just means faster chaos, and something quietly breaks first.

    Where we'd start

Map what your team repeats every week, then remove, simplify or automate it. This is where systems and AI earn their keep — making growth repeatable instead of heroic.

The market shifted, or we did. Time to rebuild the story.

    What's usually true

Positioning that made sense five years ago rarely still fits. This isn't a refresh — it's a rebuild of the story, starting from what's true now rather than what used to work.

    Where we'd start

Build from where the market is today, not from where the brand used to be. Everything else follows.

Wherever you are, that's where we start too.

    03Why partner with us

We didn't build a marketing agency. We built a way of thinking.

We tell you the truth. Even when it's not what you want to hear — especially then.

    Partnership

If you don't need what we sell, you'll hear it from us, not from your bank statement six months later. Honesty is the whole product; everything else is delivery.

We think beyond marketing. If the real problem is sales, systems or clarity, that's where we begin.

    Growth

Marketing sits next to pricing, operations, product and sales. Growth comes from the whole business, not the one corner everyone can see. We look at all of it.

We become part of your team. Not a vendor you manage — a partner you think out loud with.

    Action

You get the people who did the thinking, in the room. No account manager relaying messages between you and someone you've never actually met.

We build for long-term growth. Not campaigns that spike and fade — growth that compounds.

    Impact

A campaign is a spike; a system is a slope. We'll help you win this quarter, but we're building the thing that still works in three years.

    04Experience

The agency is new. The experience isn't.

Before this became a collective, it was individual careers — years of building brands and teams across Kerala and the Middle East. Some of that time went into founding companies from nothing, more than a decade ago now, and still running. Some went into scaling one from the inside. Somewhere in the mix, there's even a dentist moonlighting as a brand strategist — we're not sure root canals sharpen positioning instincts, but we're not arguing with the results.

The work itself has traveled further than we have. Clients across the UK, Australia, Sweden, Denmark and Africa, handled without ever opening an agency in any of them.

None of it happened inside an agency.

The work here wasn't all done under the We Are In name. Experience doesn't belong to a company registration. It belongs to the people who built it.

None of it happened here. All of it happens to be useful now.

    05How we work

Every business is different. Our thinking process isn't.

    Movement 01

    Observe

We watch before we advise. Revenue, customers, constraints — the real shape of the business, not the Instagram version of it.

    Movement 02

    Understand

We ask until the real problem shows itself. It's usually not the one you named when you first got in touch.

    Movement 03

    Challenge

We say what needs to be said, not what's easy to hear — including "do nothing yet," when that's the honest answer.

    Movement 04

    Execute

We move with intent, not urgency. Built by the same people who did the diagnosing, so nothing gets lost in translation.

    Movement 05

    Measure

We track what actually moves the business — leads, conversion, revenue, hours saved. Not impressions.

    Movement 06

    Improve

Businesses evolve, so the work should too. Keep what works, kill what doesn't, and say plainly which is which.

Six movements. In order. No skipping.

    06Challenges we help solve

We don't sell services. We solve business problems.

The problem you notice isn't always the one holding the business back. Here's what we usually hear — and what it usually means.

    Usually

A clarity problem, not a traffic problem. The people arriving can't quickly tell what you do, who it's for, or why it beats the alternative — so they leave to go and be sure somewhere else.

    Usually

Often the strategy was fine. The foundation wasn't ready. Marketing amplified a business that hadn't yet decided what it was — so it amplified the confusion too.

    Usually

That's usually the best time to start, not after. The earliest decisions are the cheapest to get right and the most expensive to unpick later.

    Usually

The problem isn't that you aren't different. Your business has simply evolved faster than your story. That's why it's hard to see. An outside perspective helps bring it back into focus.

    Usually

Growth without systems eventually breaks something. This is where mapping the repeated work — then removing, simplifying or automating it — buys back the hours you're currently spending on friction.

    Usually

Fast growth without structure just means faster chaos. The fix isn't slowing down — it's putting a spine under the thing so it can carry more weight without cracking.

    Usually

Most businesses need a use case before they need a tool. We start from the hour your team keeps losing, not the software everyone's talking about this month.

If your situation isn't listed here, tell us about it. Chances are we've seen a version of it before.

    07Our thinking

We publish what we'd tell you in a room, not what performs online.

    Perspective — the lead piece

Before You Choose a Marketing Channel, Decide What You Are Trying to Build

“Should we do influencer marketing?” “Can we start posting on Instagram?” “Should we run Meta ads?”

    Read the argument →

Because better thinking leads to better decisions. Read it even if you never become a client. That's kind of the point.

    08Our promise
We'd rather lose the project than recommend you the wrong solution
If marketing isn't the answer, we'll say so.
If a proposal won't move your business forward, we won't send it.
If honesty costs us the work, that's a price we're willing to pay.

Because trust is harder to earn than business.
