Experience

Two kinds of experience live here.

One is what we've done as We Are In — the businesses we're currently working with, the industries we're learning in real time. The other is what we brought with us — years spent building, running and advising things long before this collective existed. Neither is more real than the other.

Experience across industries

Not industries we serve. Industries we've actually been inside.

Where the depth is

  • Marketing & Branding
  • Healthcare & Ayurveda
  • Education & Career Development
  • AI & Emerging Tech
  • Logistics & Operations
  • Consumer Products & FMCG

Also in the room

  • Financial Services
  • Real Estate & Construction
  • Automotive & Mobility
  • Retail & E-commerce
  • Media & Publishing
  • Social Impact & NGO
  • Music & Creative Production
  • Tourism & Travel

Some of this is a client relationship. Some of it is a business one of us built, ran, or fixed from the inside. We've marked which is which, when it matters.

Experience behind We Are In

We've seen this enough times to know what it usually means.

A few numbers worth mentioning

3

businesses founded together by one of us, still running

40%

cost reduction in one operational turnaround, 90 days

300%

revenue growth, same 90-day turnaround

650+

clients across a platform spanning 4 countries

Marketing, sales and customer experience aren't separate departments to us. They're one customer, seen from different rooms — and most businesses lose money in the gap between those rooms, not inside any one of them.

We've watched digital tools get credited for wins that were actually about positioning. We've watched AI get blamed for problems that were actually about ownership. Tools don't replace understanding a customer. They just make whatever's already true move faster.

Recent proof points: 42,000 organic followers before one launch even opened its doors. 30-plus five-star reviews in a single day for one client. Patients traveling internationally for a wellness brand most people have never heard of.

None of this is theory. We've had to live with the results.

The work

Before We Are In, this is what we were building.

Organized by who did it, and where it happened — none of it under the We Are In name, all of it part of why We Are In exists.
